The LimeLights focus on the education, confidence, and creative growth of our youth through hands on theatrical experiences. Whether your child has aspirations of being on stage or behind the scenes we have a program to ignite their desired passions. Our classes are designed to assist in the progression of our students communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, as well as their empathy and confidence. One of our main focuses is education, however, more importantly we have developed an inclusive atmosphere for your child to come and have a blast!

The LimeLights is calling all theatre kids out for the following workshops:

Limelights Presents Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr.

This 5 day per week camp will run from July 9th through July 28th, culminating in a full performance on July 28th.  A second performance on August 4th will coincide with Memorial Opera House's Rock the Block event.

So, join us and travel down the rabbit hole with Alice, one of literature's most beloved heroines, in her madcap adventures.  Featuring udated songs from Disney's thrilling animated motion picture, Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr. is a fast paced take on the classic tale.
The ever-curious Alice's journey begins innocently enough as she chases the White Rabbit.  Her adventures become increasingly more strange as she races gthe Dodo Bird, gets tied up with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, raps with a bubble blowing Caterpillar and beats the Queen of Hearts at her game!

Roles are plentiful, including three Cheshire Cats and dozens of other wonderfully wacky characters, providing many opportunities to showcase students of all different musical skill levels.  A chorus of kids playing in the park, rock lobsters, talking fish, royal cardsmen, unbirthday party goers, as well as a group of mean-girl flowers, allows for a highly expandable cast size.
