Blessid Union of Souls is an American alternative rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio that was formed in 1990 by friends Jeff Pence and Eliot Sloan.

The band's first studio album, Home, had success with its lead single, "I Believe". The song popularized the band and became their greatest # 1 hit, along with other top 10 hits, "Hey Leonardo (She Likes Me for Me)", "Let Me Be the One".  BUOS didn't stop there; they have gone on to produce several top 20 such as "Oh, Virginia and "I Wanna Be There".  This timeless band has accolades with a Gold Album, a Gold Single and has been featured on numerous TV shows and movies.

Rock the Block is a collaboration between Porter County Museum and Memorial Opera House and will support the operations of both organizations.
